Considering the need for Digital Transformation of Civil Construction companies, this work presents a Digital Maturity Model of Civil Construction (MMDC) elaborated from the DSR (Design Science Research) methodology, composed of five steps: understanding the problem , generation of alternatives, development of the artifact, evaluation and conclusions. The model developed made it possible to evaluate five civil construction companies in the seven dimensions considered: Culture and Organization, Technology, Strategy, Customers, Innovations, Ecosystem and Operations. As a result, the maturity level for each company can be identified, in each of the seven analysis dimensions, according to the five defined maturity levels: M1 (not initiated), M2 (initial), M3 (managed) and M4 (integrated and interoperable). In addition, the assessment made it possible to indicate the necessary paths for raising their levels of digital maturity.
